Ingredients

    1 Tbs Butter
    1 Cup Orzo Pasta
    1.25 Cups low sodium, fat free chicken broth
    1.25 Cups water
    .25 Cups parmesan cheese
    1 Tbs dried parsley
    .25 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp pepper

Directions

-Heat butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
-Add orzo and cook three minutes, stirring constantly.
-Stir in broth and water; bring to a boil.
-Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
-Remove from heat.
-Stir in cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
