Introduction
Really bad, but really delicious mac n cheese casserole. Really bad, but really delicious mac n cheese casserole.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

8 oz cavatappi pasta, dry
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1.5 cups of milk
1/4 cup flour
1 stick of salted butter
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 chicken bullion cube, crushed
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions, drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium-high. Add flour to make a roux. Once heated, whisk in milk until smooth. Add chicken bullion and black pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese in 1/4 cup at a time until full incorporated.
In bottom of small casserole dish, pour 1/4 of cheese sauce, spread to coat. add 1/4 of cooked pasta. Place pats of butter over top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top then repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake in oven at 375° for 15 minutes or until cheese on top is melted.
