2 Blocks Firm Tofu
1/2 cup Tamari
1/2 Cup water
2 tbsp sesame oil
5 cloves minced garlic
2 inches minced ginger root
1 tbsp siracha
1.5 tbsp brown rice vinegar
.5 tbsp mirin
Directions
Press tofu to drain out water. Marinate tofu in all other ingredients for at least 2 hours (longer the better). Bake in oven for around 400 for around 45 minutes, to desired consistency.
