Ingredients

    6 Chicken Breast halves - boiled in 5 qts. salted water
    2 12 oz pkg Ronzoni 100 % Whole Grain Noodles
    3 cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup onion chopped
    1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
    1/2 cup celery chopped
    3 cloves garlic crushed
    1/2 cup carrots chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Tips

Freezes well for a quick lunch for work.


Directions

Cook and dice chicken. Cook noodles according to pkg directions, drain and rinse.
Saute onion, pepper, celery, garlic, and carrots until soft.
Combine all ingredients into broth from cooking chicken. Simmer for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
