Ingredients

    1 can large crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can sweet cherries, drained
    1/2 c maple syrup
    1/2 c chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c oat flour
    1 1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 c sugar
    1 1/2 c almond-rice milk

Tips

Pineapple juice can be use for part of the milk if desired.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350*.

Combine the cherries, pineapple, maple syrup and walnuts in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread out evenly.

Combine the wheat and oat flour, baking powder, sugar and milk in a small bowl and pour it over the fruit mixture.

Bake for 45-50 minutes.
