Ingredients

    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    1 egg beaten
    4-5 tablespoons lemon juice

    2 bananas sliced
    2 oranges peeled and sectioned
    1 can (20 oz) pineapple,drained
    1 large can fruit cocktail, drained

Tips

May be served with whipped cream and fruit cake. Great just plain.


Directions

Mix cornstarch, sugar and water and 1 egg beaten. Cook until thick and clear over medium heat stirring constantly. When thick remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and chill.

Cut up bananas, peel and section oranges, drain pineapple and fruit cocktail. Stir well then add chilled dressing and stir. Chill.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2 cup servings (approximate)
