Ingredients

Olive oil spray
Sliced ham to cover 9 inch pie pan
1 cup turkey sausage crumbles
2 cup 2% mexican shredded mexican cheese
3 large eggs Plus 1 large egg white
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup water
dash of salt
dash of black pepper
dash italian seasoning
dash dry mustard
Directions
Lightly spray a 9 inch pie pan with olive oil.
Lay slices of ham down the sides and along the bottom of the pie pan, overlaping slightly.
Spread out turkey sausage crumbles along the bottom of pie pan.
Spread out sheese along the bottom of the pie pan.
Combine in a bowl remaining ingredients and whisk until mixed.
Pour into pie pan.
Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: One sixth of the pie
