    4 Tbsp Ketchup
    4 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 cup Onion (diced)
    3 cloves Garlic (minced)
    1/4 cup WW flour
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    1-1.5 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth
    3 Tbsp Molasses
    2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
    2 oz Red Wine
    1 tsp Worchester Sauce
    2 lbs Round Steak/Roast


Get creative and offer various toppings for people to add to their sandwich. Things like coleslaw, hot peppers, grated cheese, roasted tomatoes etc.


Blend flour and beef broth. Put all ingredients into slow-cooker and pour broth mixture over top. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5 hours. Time can vary depending on cooker and thickness of meat.

When done, remove meat from broth and shred. You can remove some of the sauce and save for dipping sandwiches. Add shredded beef back to remaining sauce. Serve with whole grain crusty buns (not calculated) and serve.
