Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) sliced, frozen
    Melaleuca Proflex 30 Vanilla (2 scoops), 1 serving
    Ovaltine - Chocolate Malt, 2 tbsp
    Blue Diamond Almond Milk - Vanilla, 1 cup

Tips

for more fiber, add a little water and some wheat germ.


Directions

Freeze banana slices in ziploc bag.

To blender add 1c almond milk, then Proflex Protein Powder, then ovaltine and finally frozen banana slices.
Pulse blender to break up banana, then finally set on mix until blended smooth.
