Introduction

I found this online and changed to Almond milk, and added more of it. I split this into 2-3 servings, depending on how much I want to drink. I can't eat breakfast and need more iron in my diet. Ingredients

    6 oz greek yogurt, vanilla or plain
    1 banana
    1 tbs peanut butter
    3.5-4 cups baby spinach
    4 cups Silk PureAlmond milk, vanilla or plain

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and puree.
