Introduction

Sweet and Spicy, spices should actually be "to taste". I like a hotter (spicier) taste, so I like to put on more chili powder and pepper. Sweet and Spicy, spices should actually be "to taste". I like a hotter (spicier) taste, so I like to put on more chili powder and pepper.

Ingredients

Four 4-oz. pieces of boneless skinless chicken breasts
Chili Powder to taste (I use a TBL per piece of chicken)
    Salt and pepper to taste
1 TBL garlic powder, 1/4 TBL per piece of chicken
4 slices bacon (standard, not extra thick)
1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    Spray Pam

Tips

The spices are estimates. Use less for a less spicy chicken, use more if you like some "heat". The brown sugar is very sweet, so you don't need a lot...just enough to coat each piece of chicken.

Directions

Season both sides of each chicken breast piece.
Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon.
Coat each piece of chicken with 1/4 of brown sugar

Place in oven-proof dish which has been coated with Pam spray. (You can use a bit of olive oil, but that is not included in the totals here). Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
