Introduction

Any type of canned beans can be used. Any type of canned beans can be used.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1can each:
    Black beans
    White beans
    Kidney beans
    Cooked lentils
    Sirloin cubes
    Diced seasoned tomatoes
    Swanson Beef Broth (1 carton)
    1/2 onion
    Quick cook barley
    Brown rice


Directions

Mix all ingredients and cook until beef cubes are well done. I used a crock pot on high for several hours.

Serving Size: Makes about 12-14 1 cup servings
