Introduction

I went shopping at my local Meijer store, and couldn't decide what I wanted for dinner when I came across one of their recipe cards with this recipe, and I fell in love. Ingredients

    2 Medium Cucumbers
1 Medium red bell pepper seeded and cut into matchsticks (I prefer mine minced)
1 large papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into matchsticks. (I cube mine, found it better to pick up with silverware)
1 8 oz. pkg of beans sprouts. (I used gourmet sprouts that had a mixture of different green sprouts)
2 cups of tri colored slaw mix.
3/4 cup of Asian style dressing.(I used Ken's steakhouse asian style dressing. Its low cal and absolutely delish.)
    1/4 cup sliced green onions.
1 3-oz pkg of crispy chow mein noodles.
