Introduction

Trying my best to use NO Fat or less Fat, so came up with scrambling eggs in some water. Basically I substituted oil with water. Trying my best to use NO Fat or less Fat, so came up with scrambling eggs in some water. Basically I substituted oil with water.

Ingredients

    Water 3 Tbsp
    Egg Fresh 1 Large
    Egg White 1 large
    Milk 2 - 3 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste



Tips

Donot over cook, the eggs will get tough otherwise.


Directions


Add water to the frying pan. Take the egg and the egg whites, add salt and pepper and milk. Scramble a little in a bowl then add it to your frying pan.
This should be done on medium heat, just toss and stir ...add to your plate.
