Ingredients

    1.5 T canola oil
    1 small onion. diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 large carrot, diced
    1tsp mustard
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 cup veggie broth
    .75 cup frozen corn
    12 oz frozen endamame soy beans
    .5 pkg frozen artichokes
    8 cups water
    1 pkg (16 oz) trader joe's seafood blend
    1 cup skim milk

Directions

fry onion, garlic in oil
add mustard, curry, carrots and sautee
add veggie broth
add all frozen veggies (soybeans, artichokes and corn)
add water
add seafood blend
simmer till seafood is cooked, add milk, heat for a few minutes
serve hot

    According to the world, it's not endamame, but edamame.
    They're unripe. The world does exist outside the USA. Other folks sell bags of various cooked seafoods....even, in Europe. Like, my local Chinese supermarket, in Manchester England.
