Ingredients

    strawberries, frozen, 1 cup
    pineapple, frozen, 1 serving
    dark sweet cherries, frozen, .5 cup
    banana, 1 entire
    juice, 1 serving of your choice
    spinach, frozen, .5 cup
    water, fill to top of all other ingredients
    blueberries, frozen, .5 cup

Tips

if too thick add extra fluids


Directions

put all ingredients but water into blender; then fill with water to the top of the fruits and veggies (can also use soy or almond milk instead of water)

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
