Ingredients

    1/2 c - Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 c - Onions, chopped small
    1/5 c - Green Pepper strips, sliced thin
    1/2 c - Green Bean, cut
    3 oz - Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
    1 tbsp - EVOO
    1 tsp - Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1 tsp - Garlic, crushed
    2 tsp - Concord, Stir-fry Seasoning


Tips

Can substitute chicken for shrimp


Directions

1. Place Shrimp in cold water to defrost if frozen
2. Peel and de-vein, if necessary
3. Place in bowl, add sale/pepper to taste;set aside
4. In a small bowl add stir-fry seasoning and mix with water (1 tbsp water:1 tsp seasoning); set aside
5. Chop all vegetable to desired size
6. Over medium heat, heat EVOO and garlic
7. Add chopped veggies, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes
8. Add Shrimp and continue to stir.
9. Cover and let cook for about 10 minutes
10. Cook until shrimp appears pink and cooks through thoroughly; no longer white
11. Add seasoning mix and stir
12. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes until mix is soaked into veggies and shrimp

Serving Size: Makes 1 Serving
