    1 Cup Chopped Onion
    3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
    1 Cup Chopped Tomato
    2 tbsp Paprika
    1/2 tsp Cayenne
    2 Cup Red Lentils
    1/2 Cup Brown Rice
    1 Cup Chopped or Sliced Mushrooms
    8 Cups Low Sodium Vegetable Broth


Saute Onion and garlic in scant water. Combine remainind ingredients and simmer 30 - 40 minutes till done.
