Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Avocado, 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Onion raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    *Tomato 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Lemon, 1 without seeds
    Paprika, 1/2 tsp
    Chili powder, 1/8th tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Cucumber (peeled), 1/4th cup, finely chopped
    El Ranchero Tostadas, 2 serving
    Fresh Cilantro 2 Tbsp

Tips

Instead of throwing the avocado seed. Tuck it in the dip to maintain the green color. This is if storing.


Directions

Finely chop the tomato, onion, cilantro, and the cucumber.
Cut the avocado in chunks and smash it with a spoon till a little creamy. Add the above ingredients and, paprika, salt, chili powder and cilantro. Squeeze fresh lemon juice. Mix well and serve. I like to spread it on my Tostadas.
