Introduction

This salsa will make you wish you were on a beach front enjoying the sun! This salsa will make you wish you were on a beach front enjoying the sun!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Flounder (or any white fish)
    Red onion
    Roma Tomato
    Cilantro
    fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
    salt & pepper to taste


Directions

Pan cook fish. Chop onions, tomatoe, & cilantro. In a glass bowl crumble the fish into flakes. Add the rest of the ingredients, squeeze the juice of one small lemon or lime on top salt & pepper to taste. Put in fridge to chill. Serve with tostadas, corn tortillas, tortilla chips, or enjoy as a main dish with a side of veggies. Buen Probecho!
