Ingredients

    Turkey, Thigh, Ground, 32 oz (remove)
    *Vidalia onion, raw 1 medium onion, 1 serving (remove)

    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)

Directions

Saute turkey with onion and garlic until pink is gone. Add vegetables, stir well. Cover with broth and 2% milk; bring to boil. Reduce to low simmer until vegetables are tender. Stir in cubed cream cheese, cubed Colby cheese, & whole milk. Stir until cheeses are melted and blended, and soup is hot.
