Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1/4 cooked quinoa
    1 oz chicken
    1 oz cheddar jack cheese
    1 small leaf kale
    salt & Pepper

Directions

Scramble egg in a microwave safe bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well. Cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until egg cooked through.
