Ingredients

    2 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped into 1 inch pieces
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 cups baby greens, rinsed
    1/2 cup sliced strawberries
    1/2 cup chopped apple
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. gorgonzola crumbles
    2 Tbsp. Newman's Own Light Raspberry and Walnut dressing

Directions

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and garlic. Broil until cooked thoroughly.

While the chicken is cooking, assemble all ingredients except for the dressing in a medium bowl.

Top the salad with the warm chicken and drizzle dressing over top. Enjoy!
