This is a wonderful and nutritious salad that contains healthy fats. This is a wonderful and nutritious salad that contains healthy fats.
Number of Servings: 1


    2 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped into 1 inch pieces
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 cups baby greens, rinsed
    1/2 cup sliced strawberries
    1/2 cup chopped apple
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. gorgonzola crumbles
    2 Tbsp. Newman's Own Light Raspberry and Walnut dressing


Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and garlic. Broil until cooked thoroughly.

While the chicken is cooking, assemble all ingredients except for the dressing in a medium bowl.

Top the salad with the warm chicken and drizzle dressing over top. Enjoy!
