Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans fat free reduced sodium beef broth, divided
    1/3 C all-purpose flour
    1-2 lean pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs) or 3 pork tenderloin chops all fat trimmed
    cut into 1-inch squares
    4 med red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into cubes
    2 cups frozen green beans or 1 14oz can green beans
    1 med onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Combine flour into 3/4 C broth in bowl; cover and refrigerate
2. Combine remaining ingredients in Crock-Pot slow cooker; mix well. Cover. Cook on High for 4-5 hours or Low for 8-10 hours.
3. Stir flour and broth mixture into slow cooker. Cook UN-covered for 30 mins or until thickened.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
