Ingredients

    Dole Baby Spinach, 15 0z.bag
    3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1/2 cup chopped raw onion (white or yellow)
    2 tbsp.unsalted butter

Directions

Chop up your onions, and drop them into a bowl with your spinach. add the soy sauce, and toss it all mixed up together. Let butter melt softly in frying pan big enough to hold all the veggies. turn on low flame, let pan warm up a little while, then toss all in & sautee gently till desired consistency obtained. Turn off heat, and plate! You may need to drain slightly before plating, remember it will have a slightly wet sauce to it...

Serving Size: can serve 1-4 people depending on plating
