    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 400 grams (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 100 grams (remove)


Boil the maultaschen. Cut up the vegetables, add the maultaschen and tinned tomatoes into a baking dish. Top with cheese and bake for about 15 mintues or until the cheese is melted.
