Ingredients

    * Pork Tenderloin, 12 oz (remove)
    * La Victoria Green Chile Salsa, Mild, 8 tbsp (remove)
    * Lime Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Trader Joe's Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, .3333 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * *Trader Joe’s Unsweetened Soy Milk, 0.125 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together as marinade.
Marinate pork for 1 -2 hours. Cook or grill until no longer pink.

    Very Good
    This is Spicy!!! I've made this twice, with the following changes: regular soy sauce in place of reduced sodium, Coriander and tumeric instead of the curry powder (I didn't have any!) and I used coconut milk instead of soy milk. - 9/30/10
