Ingredients

    1 Medium Celery Stalk
    1 Small Onion
    4 Baby Carrots
    10 Peeled Garlic Cloves
    1/2 Cup LundBerg Wild Rice
    1.5 Long Grain Jasmine Rice
    1.5 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth Divided
    2 Cups Water

Tips

Add Liquid According to Directions on Package or according to how wfirm you like your rice

This is alot of rice I make a large batch for the week. It can be scaled down


Directions

Dice Onions, Carrots, Small Onion, Celery in food processor

Heat Olive oil in pan saute vegetable mixture until soft

Add Wild Rice 1 cup Reduced Sodium Broth to Mixture, bring to a boil lower heat to medium allow to simme for 10 minutes

Rinse off Brwn rice add to pan

Add 1/2 Chicken Broth 2 Cups of Water Stir bring to a boil for about 5 minutes cover and allow simmer for 30 mins on Low heat

fluffy with a fork add more liquid and simmer an additional 5 for more tenderness or serve as is

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/3 cup servings
