    2 medium mushrooms
    1 large stalk of celery
    4 cherry tomatos
    half a red capsicum
    Half a green caspsicum
    I medium baby carrot.
    small cucumber.
    3 large leaves of red lettuce.
    I medium red onion.
    3 slices of cooked beetroot.
    half a Advocado

Directions

Chop all the veggies or use a nicer dicer, then add torn lettuce leaves.
Top with advocado
