Ingredients

    Beans, pinto, 4 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Tips

Add herbs and spices to taste. I like: bay leaf, curry powder, taco seasoning mix, Greek or Italian spice mixes, chili powder, 1 cube of baking chocolate, salsa, etc., etc., etc.


Directions

I cook 2 cups of dried beans with 6 cups of water in the crock-pot. When the beans test done, I add the corn, tomatoes and onion and cook an additional two hours or more.
