Add flavorings and toppings to taste. Add flavorings and toppings to taste.

    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 cup skim milk
    1 T. sugar substitute (to taste)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Add additional flavorings or toppings. Put in blender and blend until smooth. Put in ice cream maker and freeze.
