Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs of 93-7 ground beef
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    2 minced cloves garlic
    1 tbsp minced ginger
    1 tsp siracha/hot sauce/chili paste - optional
    1 tbsp EVOO or Cooking Spray - for pan

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and round into balls. Place in a medium-hot saute pan with a spray of PAM or a tbsp EVOO (to keep from sticking).
Once browned on the outside, move meatballs to 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 21 large meatballs
