Ingredients

    1 5 oz can white chicken in water (drained)
    1/4 cup water chestnuts diced (drained)
    1/8 cup onion diced
    1 Tbsp Sweet relish
    2 Tbsp Fat Free Miracle Whip Dressing

Directions

Drain water from Chicken and place in small mixing bowl. Dice water chestnuts (approx 6 slices) and onion and add to chicken. Add relish and Miracle whip and mix well. Serve on crackers, rice cakes, pop cakes, (not in nutrion info) or just eat plain.

Serving Size: makes 3 - 1/4 cup servings
