Ingredients
-
3 cans tuna fish, drained (reserve liquid)
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup Country Crock Margarine
1/2 cup flour
4 - 5 cups 2% milk (add the reserve tuna liquid to the amount of milk)
1 2/3 Tbsp lemon juice
FOR SWIRLS:
2 1/4 cup biscuit mix
2/3 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp dried parsley
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°
2. In a saucepan, sauté onion and green pepper in butter over medium heat until the onion is translucent. Blend in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil over medium heat.
