Introduction

This is the meal which i eat at least 3 times a week after a workout at the gym.
It is really tasty and high in protein. It fills you up for at least 4 hours.
I like to drink wine with it.

This meal can help you loose weight.

Ingredients

    1. 1/4 of Lettuce Salad (preferably Iceberg)
    2. Medium Size Carrot
    3. At least 150grams of Chicken Breasts
    4. 2 spoons of Sour Cream
    5. 1 spoon of Shredded Parmesan
    6. 1 tsp. of Salt (preferably sea salt)
    7. 2 spoons of Olive Oil (preferably Italian extra virgin oil)
    8. 1 spoon of Vinegar (preferably Italian Balsamic vinegar from Modena)


Tips

If you plan to eat this salad for a long time do this:

1. Buy at least 5kg of chicken breasts, cut them into small square pieces and put them into a big baking dish.
2. Add spices (mix of spices for meat or add only salt) and pour water to the tip of the meat. Cook the meat until the water evaporates to the 1/3 of the cooking dish.
3. Remove the meat from the oven and let it cool.
4. Put all the chicken into a big bawl and freeze it.
5. Every time you want to add chicken to your salad pick the amount you want and unfreeze it in the microwave.

Chicken cooked this way doesn't have any added oil or sugary sauces and is perfect.
Must be cooked in water in order not to be too dry when eating.


Directions

The first thing to do is to cook the chicken breasts which takes about 1.30h

1. Cut the salad into small pieces.
2. Grate carrots
3. Add Salt, Mix Good.
4. Add Chicken Meat (must be cut into small pieces)
5. Add Sour Cream
6. Add Parmesan
7. Add Olive oil
8. Add Vinegar
9. Mix Good And Eat :)
