Ingredients

    One Lbs Cooked pasta such as shells or elbows
    12 oz of reduce fat extra sharp cheddar shred
    2 cans fat free evaporated milk (12 oz each)
    2 TBSP Smart Balance Light Spread
    1/4 cup white flour
    1/2 TBSP balck ground pepper



Tips

you can add a jar of chuncky salsa or top with bread crumbs.


Directions

cook pasta by directions
in sauce pan make arue melt butter and flour and pepper. slowly add milk. keep stirring until it breaks up, add cheese . remove from heat when cheese starts to melt. put pasta into a 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. pour cheese sauce over top and mix together. bake in preheated oven 350 degrees. for about one hour or until cheese bubbles.
