    2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein (Biochem)

    1/3 of a Small Banana (To give it a tiny bit of flavor and smoother consistency)

    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

    1 Tbsp Pb2 Powdered Peanut Butter

    2 Cups Water

    1 Cup Large Ice Cubes
