Introduction

Call it low carb, Paleo, Primal, Gluten Free... I just call it delicious! Call it low carb, Paleo, Primal, Gluten Free... I just call it delicious!

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 oz almond milk (unsweetened)
    1 tbsp almond butter
    1 tsp psyllium husk powder
    some stevia, if desired

Directions

Pre-heat a griddle or small cast iron pan with some butter or coconut oil.
mix everything except the psyllium together until well incorporated. Then, whisk in the psyllium husk powder.
Cook like a pancake. Flip when top is no longer runny.
