    One banana
    One cup cabbage
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt fat-free
    2 tablespoons flaxseed
    1/2 cup coconut water
    Two carrots
    One stalk of celery
    2 Cups of frozen mixed berries
    3 cups water

Tips

We also add 1-2 Handful of fresh spinach when available.


Directions

Put ingredients in vita mix, blend Until smooth. Add water is needed for consistency
