Introduction

I didn't think there was any way that these would be as good as real wings, but they are so much better! I didn't think there was any way that these would be as good as real wings, but they are so much better!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

¼ Large head of cauliflower cut into bite sized florets
    ½ cup flour
    ½ cup Milk (I used 1%)
    ½ Tsp garlic salt
½ Cup buffalo sauce (I used Louisiana style hot pepper sauce)
    ½ tsp butter, melted

Tips

These make an awesome buffalo sub sandwich if there are any leftovers!

Directions

Whisk milk, flour, and garlic salt together. Lightly batter each cauliflower floret and place on a greased shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 450° oven for 15-18 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they may brown quickly.
Whisk melted butter into buffalo sauce and pour over "wings". Return to oven for an additional 5-8 minutes.
Serve warm from oven with ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
