    1 cup white rice
    .5 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    3 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
    3 tsp sesame oil

    black pepper and garlic powder (and another other preferred spices) to taste


Fully cook rice

Cook vegetables according to package directions, drain if necessary

In a large non-stick pan or wok, heat oil and stir fry rice for a few minutes.

Stir in mixed vegetables, and add liquid aminos. Stir fry for about 5 more minutes, add spices to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 3 1 cup servings
