Ingredients

1.5 slices day-old bread, crusts removed
water for soaking bread
1/2 medium apple
100 grams blanched marcona almonds
2 medium peeled garlic cloves, core removed
300 ml water
5 T extra virgin olive oil
1.5 T sherry vinegar
1 cup seedless grapes, sliced in half and frozen
salt
Directions
Soak the bread in water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
Grind the almonds in a food processor.
Add half of the apple, garlic and bread to the almonds and process until it forms a paste. Slowly add the water, vinegar and olive oil. At the end, add the other half of the apple and leave somewhat chunky for texture.
Season to taste, chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with the frozen grapes on top.
Serving Size: 6 servings
