Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats in a blender for quick and affordable oat flour)
2 ripe bananes - pureed
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp chocolate chips
Tips
Chocolate chips are optional. Could try dried fruit in their place.
Directions
Preset oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray lightly with oil). Mix all dry ingredients together. Puree the bananas in a blender or food processor and mix into the dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon 1-2 tbsp mounds of mix on the baking sheet and bake for 14 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
