Ingredients

1 can fat free refried beans
1 jar salsa
2 cans diced green chiles
1 lb lean ground turkey
1.5 tbs corn starch
1 tsp beef bouillon
1 tbs dried minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
3/4 c water
8 oz 2% Mexican Cheese Blend
1/2 c sliced green onion
16 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
1. In bottom of 9 inch square dish mix beans and salsa. Top with half of cheese.
2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add ground turkey. Brown. Drain and rinse. Return to pan and add corn starch, beef bouillon, minced onion, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, pepper, and water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Pour meat over cheese. Top with green chiles, then remaining cheese. Sprinkle onions on top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly. Meanwhile, warm tortillas in oven or microwave.
5. Spread 1/16th of bean and meat mixture across each tortilla. Fold in top and bottom ends of tortilla and roll up sides to form burritos. Arrange on large baking sheet, seam side down, and broil for 1-3 minutes, until tioritlla is lightly browned.
