Ingredients

    1c cooked riced cauliflower
    1c shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
    1 egg beaten
    1t oregano
    1t mrs dash garlic and herb blend


Tips

do not over process cauliflower... it will turn to puree. cand brush crust with olive oil before baking to help brown.


Directions

to rice cauliflower:
rmove stems and leaves and chop florets into chunks. add to food processor. pulse till looks like grains of rice. place in bowl and microwave 8 minutes.

stir cauliflower, egg and cheese. add organo and mrs dash. put on cookie sheet and pat out to nine inch round
bake at 450 for 15 minutes. remove from oven add sauce toppings and cheese. broil on high heat 3-4 min till cheese is melted.
