Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts
    enchilada seasoning mix (follow directions)
    Can of whole kernel corn (drained)
    Can of black beans (drained)
    Can of Northern Beans (drained)
    two cups of chix broth
    3 garlic cloves
    can of tomato sauce
    cumin
    pepper
    salt

Tips

There is a similar recipe but I added beans to mine for fillingness and fiber! :) 4- 6 six hours or 6 - 8 depending on low or high setting


Directions

put chicken breast in crock pot and cover with everything else. when cooked take chicken out and shred. Top with cheese if you like, tortilla chip, or sour cream... (toppings are not in nutritional information)
