Ingredients

    1.5 Cup Hot Water (not above 120 F)
    1 Tsp Sugar
    1 Tbsp Instant Yeast
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Cup Semolina
    1 Tsp Salt
    3 Cup White Flour (All-Purpose)

Tips

I like to top with about 4 oz of light mozzarella and 2 oz of another flavorful cheese like parmesean or cheddar. I also use about 8-12 oz of chicken on each pizza (precooked). Artichoke hearts, tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, etc.


Directions

Mix first five ingredients for 30 sec.
Add half the flour with the salt and mix until incorporated.
Slowly add remaining flour until completely incorporated.
Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Cover with plastic and let sit in warm place (on top of oven) for 15-20 minutes (Prepare toppings)
Divide in two and roll out each on floured surface.
Top with pizza toppings.

Bake 12-13 minutes at 450 F one at a time.
