    Granulated sugar
    Pinto Beans
    Black eyed peas
    sweet corn
    minced garlic clove
    sweet onion
    scallions
    red bell pepper
    green bell pepper

Tips

I have tried this with splenda instead of granulated sugar and my friends didn't care for the taste as much so I make it with granulated sugar for parties and splenda for myself. Serve with tortilla chips for parties. I put it over brown rice for a dinner or just eat it with a spoon for snack.


Directions

mix all ingredients and add dressing, mix and refrigerate
