    1/4 c pinto beans cooked
    1 oz tortilla chips (about eight chips)
    2 Tbsp cheese
    1/5 c lettuce shredded
    1/5 c tomatoes chopped
    2 Tbsp onions chopped
    1 Tbsp tofu sour cream
    1 Tbsp salsa


gucamole is really good with it.


1. Take your chips and crush them lightly.
2. Add your beans on top of the chips
3. Then your cheese on top of that
4. Then add your veggies and sour cream and salsa
