Ingredients



    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Stewed Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
    Red Wine, 2.66 fl oz
    Tomato Paste, .25 cup
    Thyme, ground, .25 tsp
    Oregano, ground, .25 tsp
    Rosemary, .25 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook onion, garlic, mushrooms and broccoli until tender.

Add tomatoes, wine and tomato paste along with spices.

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or longer (gets better with more cooking.)

Serve with spaghetti or pasta.
